Ingredients: 

  •  1 sachet/40g oats mixed with 180ml milk (of choice)

  • 1 small banana

  •  Half a bar of @pureheavenlychocolate banana chocolate

  • 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter(optional)

  • 2 drops of vanilla essence

    Total: 430kcal

Steps: 

Oven top: cooking oatmeal on your oven top will give you the most control over the final results. Bring milk to a heat, then add oats and vanilla essence, lower to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes – stir occasionally.

Microwave: This will be your fastest method. Measure milk and oats and add to a microwave safe bowl. Then cook for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes (will depend on type of oats you have). Easy peasy!

Serve in a bowl - arrange with banana slices and pure heavenly banana chocolate ( we recommend a spoonful of peanut butter too!)
