Ingredients :

- 200g golden caster sugar
- 200g unsalted butter, softened plus extra for the tins
- 4 large eggs
- 200g gluten free flour
- 75g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp milk
- Salted caramel Pure Heavenly
Steps

Heat oven to 190C/170C fan/gas 5 and line a loaf tin with butter generously.

Cream together 200g golden caster sugar and 200g softened unsalted butter until smooth.

Beat together the eggs, milk and vanilla extract. Once combined add to the butter mixture.

Add the cocoa powder, flour and baking powder to the wet mixture. Mixing until forming a batter.

Add chopped pieces of pure heavenly salted caramel chocolate to the mix for a choc chip effect.
- Bake for 20 mins or until a skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Once finished in the oven, melt left over salted caramel chocolate and drizzle over the loaf to decorate. or you can use almonds/peanuts
