Everyone knows that there is nothing more heavenly than the combination of chocolate and orange. This dairy-free pudding is super easy and fun to make. Serve with some of your favourite dairy-free ice cream for extra indulgence.
Ingredients (serves 6):
Pudding
- 115 g gluten-free self-raising flour
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 115 g Xylitol
- 125 ml oat milk
- 30 g dairy-free margarine, melted
- 85 g Pure Heavenly Orange Chocolate, chopped
Sauce
- 115 g Xylitol
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 250 ml boiling water
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 180oC
- Sieve the flour and cocoa into a large mixing bowl, and stir in the Xylitol
- Add the oat milk and melted margarine, and mix until smooth.
- Gently stir through half of the chocolate, being careful not to over mix.
- Pour into an ovenproof dish, and dot the remaining chocolate over the top.
- Mix the Xylitol and cocoa for the sauce, and sprinkle over the batter in an even layer.
- Carefully pour over the boiling water and bake for 40-50 minutes or until risen and a skewer inserted in the middle comes out with moist crumbs. Serve immediately.
